Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Closed Won ("we", "us", "our") provides commercial growth and sales advisory services to businesses in the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, and wider Gulf region. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

Closed Won is a commercial partnership operating under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Where we process the personal data of individuals located outside the UK — including in the United States and the Gulf region — we aim to apply comparable standards of care, and we comply with locally applicable data protection law where it applies to us.

For any question about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at hello@closed-won.co.uk.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — your name, email address, company, and any details you share when booking a consultation, submitting an enquiry, or corresponding with us by email.
  • Booking and scheduling data — when you book a call via our scheduling provider (currently Calendly), that provider collects your name, email, and selected time slot. Their handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically as you browse this site.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to build audiences for future advertising. This sets cookies and collects technical data such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages you visit, which is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, though we may introduce a privacy-focused analytics tool in future. Where our use of cookies changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated, and where required by law, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

See our Cookie Policy for full detail on the specific cookies used on this site, including the Meta pixel, and how to manage them.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate this site or our business (e.g. our scheduling provider, email provider, or hosting provider), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc., where our advertising pixel is active, for the purpose of measuring ad performance and building audiences — only with your consent where required.
  • Regulators or authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

6. International data transfers

Because we work across the UK, US, and Gulf region, your data may be processed in countries outside the UK. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, such as standard contractual clauses, in line with UK GDPR requirements.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry and consultation data is typically retained for the duration of any ongoing relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or request that your data be transferred elsewhere. UK and EU residents have these rights under GDPR; residents of certain US states (such as California) have comparable rights under applicable state law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@closed-won.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, particularly as our use of analytics or advertising tools changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
